Job Description
Assist the disassembly team in removing damaged parts from wrecked vehicles to learn the different assembly processes of all types of vehicles. We offer an apprenticeship program to teach you the necessary skills to become an efficient body man. A tool loan program is available if applicant decides to start a career in the auto body industry.
Responsibilities
Utilize what’s learned through the apprenticeship program to do metal, frame, mechanical, and/or refinish work to sheet metal on vehicles involved in accidents and return those vehicles back to OEM specifications.
Qualifications
Prefer a candidate with some experience in the industry as well as a few tools but neither are required. Must be willing to work in a team environment.
Schedule
Monday thru Friday nine hour shift with an hour lunch, hours may vary depending on workload.
Wage
Hourly plus bonuses after 90 days based on performance. Starting hourly wage is based on level of experience.
