Job Description

Utilize body, frame, and mechanical skills to repair sheet metal on vehicles involved in accidents and return those vehicles back to factory or customer specifications.  We have many of the newest technological tools available for use.  You’ll work less hours but make as much as you would at bigger corporate body shops. Cascade believes there’s life outside of work!

Responsibilities

Review blueprinted damage, request supplemental time for additional damage when necessary, repair or replace body panels, remove and replace damaged parts with power and hand tools, repair all sizes of dents, and perform other cosmetic repairs.  Pull frames and do structural repair work as well as some mechanical.

Qualifications

Five or more years of applicable prior experience in body, frame, and mechanical areas.  Must be willing to work in a team environment to contribute to the success of our business.  Applicants must have their own tools.  Cascade will pay to transport them from their current location.  Prior ICAR credit preferred.

Schedule

Wednesday-Saturday 7am-6pm or Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.  Hours may vary based on workload.

Wage

Competitive wage + bonuses depending on experience
