Estimator/Customer Service Representative

Description:
An estimator writes repair estimates on vehicles based on damages sustained from car accidents, adds supplements to those estimates, does all the necessary communication with insurance companies and customers to inform them of the process and additional damage to the vehicle.

Responsibilities:
Be on time for work every day. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers and have phenomenal customer service.

Qualifications:
Self motivator, driven, dedicated, good work ethic, understanding of the importance of great customer service, at least three years of experience as an estimator. Salary will be determined based on extent of prior experience. Must have a working knowledge of CCC One and Audatex estimating systems.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: DOE with bonuses after 90 days based on performance.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional Saturdays from 8am-12pm

Additional Information:
ICAR classes required but paid for by the company.
