Estimator/Customer Service Representative

Job Description

An estimator writes repair estimates on vehicles based on damages sustained from car accidents, adds supplements to those estimates, and does all the necessary communication with insurance companies and customers to inform them of the process and additional damage to the vehicle.  A self-motivator who is driven and dedicated with good work ethic and understands the importance of great customer service is going to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

Be on time for work every day.  Maintain positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers and have phenomenal customer service.  Previous ICAR credit and at least three years of experience as an estimator with a working knowledge of CCC One and Audatex is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
