Job Description
Accurately assess damage with disassembly team, complete and upload estimates and supplements in compliance with insurance and Cascade requirements, order parts and communicate expected delivery dates, blueprint/plan repairs, and set completion dates.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry in the necessary estimating program after communicating with the disassembly team on what parts need to be removed, replaced, or repaired. Verify accuracy of estimate prior to submission based on applicable insurance requirements. Communicate with Customer Service Representatives so they can relay appropriate information to the customer. Be on time for work every day. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers.
Qualifications
Self motivator, driven, dedicated, good work ethic, complete understanding of the importance of great customer service, & at least three years of experience as an estimator or parts manager. Working knowledge of CCC One, Audatex, and possibly Mitchell Cloud estimating systems is preferred.
Schedule
Monday thru Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch. Hours may vary depending on workload.

Wage
Hourly wage + bonuses after 30-90 days based on performance. Competitive hourly wage is based on experience.
