This is an early review because I just got my Palisade back. We had some damage from an accident and they did a superb job replacing the part and matching the paint perfectly! And they returned the car cleaner than when we dropped it off.

During the process, they were very communicative and helped me work with insurance to get everything taken care of.

I will definitely take my cars back to this shop in the future!

Katie went above and beyond throughout the entire process, staying late, making phone calls, pulling all sorts of strings while working with a difficult insurance company. She was patient, kind, proactive, and professional. She took what would have normally been a huge burden in my life, and made it so much smoother for me. I can’t recommend this place and Katie enough.

They gave me regular updates I was never unsure of what the status of the repair was. The work looks perfect as well.

Cascade was very communicative, did a great job, and everyone was genuinely lovely to work with. The price was waaay less than I expected so they really don't nickel and dime you. I'd highly recommend this place.
