The Nichols Family has lived and worked in the Utah region for three
generations – Cascade’s origins can be traced back to the opening of
Terry’s Auto Body in 1978.
The current owners’ father opened that shop with the goal of providing
trusted repair services to his neighbors. The team grew up in the body
shop, and building upon their father’s legacy was always their plan.
In 1999, the Nichols brothers drafted a business plan for their own
business, Cascade Collision Repair. Less than a year later in 2000, after
getting the shop up and running by themselves, their flagship Lehi
location opened its doors to customers.
The Nichols family has long believed that trust and honesty should be
the foundational principles of all interactions. Brian, Dan and Russ
learned that concept at an early age and have sought to instill it in all
aspects of the Cascade culture.

I was pretty sad when I got into an accident that wasn't my fault, especially since I drive like a grandma taking baked goods to church. I was stressed not having a car, grumpy with all the paperwork my insurance company made me read, and I was making dad noises due to my injured back. After calling around to friends and family, Cascade was the only place recommended to me. I got my car there, signed some paperwork and they handled everything else. I've always been a difficult customer but the office staff was polite and answered every question I had. My car was completed quickly, and after seeing the results I know I couldn't have trusted it with anyone else. I'm thrilled to have my car back; she looks better than ever before. I'll be swinging by car shows and parking it next to ferraris and lambos. Hopefully they won't get too jealous. Thanks for taking car of me and my car.

Couldn’t have gone better! I worked with several people from the Cascade Collision team (Jonathan, Laisa, Kiersten, Andrea, and Alyssa) throughout the process of getting my car fixed up. Working with each of them was a pleasure, and the whole process was smooth. The team was especially good at keeping me up to date on the progress of my vehicle’s work. I also had never worked through an insurance claim before, and fortunately I didn’t have to. I gave them some paperwork and they handled everything from there on out.

Amazing service in terms of turnover times. My car was ready almost 18 days before estimated date. My main concern was the paint matching but it is flawless. Superb effort. Communication from Kiersten is great with regular and timely updates. I was explained all the repairs performed upon asking, which was great. They are also fixing for something small that wasn’t present earlier, an example of efforts towards customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this for Mazda paint jobs.

They were very fast and efficient with the entire process! Lots of open communication to keep me informed! The work they completed on my car was wonderful! It looked brand new, and they even gave it back cleaner on the inside and out than how I left it!
