Job Description

Efficiently process paperwork and communicate with the customer throughout the repair process to meet all customer concerns and needs.  This position is the first point of contact for our customers.


Can effectively communicate, be cheerful, pleasant, energetic, and pro-active. Requires an ability to multi-task and stay extremely organized while doing so. If you are detail oriented, catch on quickly, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude under stress then you’ll love this job and excel in it. Must have a working knowledge of basic computer operations and programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, etc.


Greet and contact customers, review their paperwork, answer phones, contact insurance companies, handle certain aspects of accounts payable/receivable, banking, and any other customer service oriented tasks.


Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch


Six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day), paid time off (PTO), up to 2% 401k match, medical/dental/life insurance, and employee assistance program (EAP)


Hourly plus bonuses after 90 days based on performance.  Starting hourly wage is based on level of experience.
