  Great experience with Cascade.  They communicated well during the process. They alerted me to a part that needed replacing that was not part of the insurance claim.  I had the option to replace it out of my pocket while it was disassembled.  This saved me money overall. To replace it after the repair would have included a tear down and reassembly.   After a black bear decided to dart out in front of me, my vehicle need to be repaired! Cascade did an excellent job and my car was completed by their promised date! They worked with my insurance company and the whole problem was resolved quickly.
