I’m normally not a person to leave reviews, but my experience here far exceeded any experience I’ve had in the automotive world. The people that helped me through this time deserved to be recognized. Every employee I worked with at Cascade was not only beyond friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable in their field and made sure to answer any questions I had.  Skyler and Lacey helped me get my vehicle checked in and get it prepared for bodywork. Made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process and had it fixed efficiently and perfectly.  They were able to make contact with my Insurance, and the driver of the other vehicles Insurance, to make sure everything went smoothly and that everything was going through the proper channels. After talking with over six different people from only two Insurance companies I was very overwhelmed.  So being able to rely on them to make sure stuff was getting taken care of was a massive relief. I dealt with a gentleman named Scott at the very end who is the manager of the store. He was beyond friendly and answered any additional questions that I had about the process. If I ever have any issue, even just a small scratch on my vehicle I know for sure where I’m coming back to get it repaired.  I know I’m gonna be in good hands and my vehicle is going be taken care of with the upmost care. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need any body work. I recently had my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder repaired at Cascade Collision Repair in Eagle Mountain, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From beginning to end, the level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and customer service was exceptional.

I especially want to recognize Customer Service Representatives Valerie Martinez and Katie Ruse, as well as Office Manager Jonathan Martinez. Each of them was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient throughout the entire repair process. They made sure I was kept informed, treated me with genuine courtesy and respect, and took the time to ensure that everything was handled properly.

The attention to detail was outstanding. Every aspect of the repair was handled in a thorough and professional manner, and my Pathfinder was completed and ready on time as promised. It is obvious that this team takes tremendous pride in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers.

What impressed me most was how smooth and stress-free they made the entire process. Valerie, Katie, and Jonathan represented Cascade Collision Repair exceptionally well. Their combination of professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and genuine concern for the customer is exactly what you hope to encounter when trusting someone with your vehicle.
