Perfect collision repairs on our new Kia. Helpful, on time, and cleaning car perfectly inside and out, was a nice touch. Nice to experience five star workmanship. Highly recommend these folks on Marshall Way.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ed Kenly Ford suggested that I take my car to Cascade and that is a mistake! Save yourself a ton of frustration and poor workmanship/quality. Two co-workers and I have taken our vehicles to Cascade and in every situations a re-paint has been required. When I picked my vehicle up for the 1st time the paint had bubbles on the edges. I was told there was an issue with the primer, same thing my other two co-workers were told. It blows me away the lead painter for the shop allowed for this poor of workmanship to be given to a customer. After a repaint there was a run of the clear coat and a 'nib' on the surface. Again, no quality check and a poor paint job was given to the customer! They took care of the nib by sanding and filling the area, which you can see where they worked because they did it in the parking lot (the area was not buffed or polished) and they did their best to sand down the clear coat to remove the run. You can still see the clear coat run to which I was told they would paint it for a 3rd time if I wanted, but that I was being picky, and most people wouldn't ever see it. I did not give them a 3rd chance to screw up my paint, and I am absolutely terrified of how they'll stand behind the warranty if they can’t even get the job done correctly after 2 attempts! What if the paint flakes off as it has to my co-workers car that they just painted and is being done for a 2nd time? The front desk workers are nice and you feel like you can trust the shop but you cannot as the work speaks for it's self. I wished I had spoken to my co-workers first and I would have avoided this mess called Cascade Collision. My guess is this place closes in less than a year if they keep providing this kind of garbage quality of work.

I had the best experience at Cascade and I'm beyond happy with the results. Unfortunately my car was hit while parked so I woke up to a text about it and low and behold the picture of the damage to my poor car. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish including both my time spent inside the very clean building to outside where it was not chaotic or crowded. My car looks as if no damage had ever happened and everything matches right down to the specific specialized red sparkling paint that comes with my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. At one point I needed to grab a couple things out of my car in the middle of service as well which I knew was inconvenient but one of the staff members was extremely accommodating and friendly and retrieved those for me which she didn't have to do. It sucked that with the extensive damage my car was in collision repair for about 2 weeks and my only job is Lyft nowadays, however, they did give me that estimated time that my car would be out of commission from the very beginning so I was able to be a little prepared and found other ways to make money in the meantime for bills. I think my only slightly negative thing I have to say is that my dad was the Co-signer to my car (Long story short, I had the income and credit score over 700 at the time to purchase the vehicle in 2023 but the sales lady wouldn't sell me the car because of some previous debt that collectors were trying to collect on but they're never getting because I'm not paying for a service I never received, and my dad wanted to help me get the car that day and that was the only way she'd sell it to me 😒), and I'm the primary owner yet every update that happened with my vehicle was originally going to SSGT Jerry until I called to please contact my number with updates which is what I asked for originally when dropping off my car... It's not exactly helpful to update someone about a car who isn't the primary owner and who complains every time he is contacted about my car for anything but it's ok. 🥲 Insurance took care of everything too since I was not at fault, (obviously, no one was in the car since I was asleep). But if something were to happen to my car again, I would 100% trust Cascade to do the repairs, my car looks flawless as shown in the second picture. 🥰 Thank you so much, I'm so happy with the results ❤️

I absolutely do not recommend Cascade Collision. Stay AWAY! My experience with Cascade Collision – Layton has been an absolute nightmare, and we still do not have a safe, usable vehicle. I brought a van in for an estimate, insurance approved the repairs, and we were scheduled about 4 weeks out. After dropping off the vehicle, we were told the repairs would take 3 to 4 weeks. When I called at week 3 for an update, I learned they hadn’t even ordered parts yet. The person I spoke with told me they were getting ready to remove some parts to take a look and make sure what they order is correct. So, we are in week 3 of Cascade Collision have possession of the vehicle and they haven’t even ordered parts?! After that, I waited another 4-5 weeks by the time I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. So, we are talking 8-9 weeks before we could “pick it up.” When I arrived, several issues were not fixed. The fender was not attached correctly, one of the front wheels and lug nuts were damaged and bent, and the body work on the panel and door looked very poor. I refused to pick it up in this condition and they kept the vehicle another 3 weeks. After several follow ups, I was notified that the issues were addressed and I could pick up the vehicle. However, when I opened the sliding door of the van, I noticed that it was very difficult to open and would not close properly. It felt heavy and difficult to maneuver. I refused to accept that and did not pick it up and requested that this issue be addressed. After another couple of weeks, they called to have me come pick it up. The door still does not close correctly, the warning light shows the door is not latched properly, and the door feels heavy and is difficult to open/close. I was told, “This is the best I can do.” Cascade Collision then proceeded to blame the issue on the previous shop that repaired the door – even though the door worked perfectly fine before the accident. I contacted Cascade Collision’s main office and was told that Cascade Collision was in transition from being bought out by another company and that there was no one that could help me with the customer service concerns I had. I was even told to leave a bad review if I wanted attention to be paid to this complaint. At this point, we have a vehicle that is unsafe to use, despite insurance paying for proper repairs. If the door cannot be repaired correctly, it should have been replaced. This is a judgement call that needs to be made by the PROFESSIONAL BODY SHOP I took my vehicle to. Instead, I have spent months dealing with delays, poor workmanship, and no accountability.

I recently had someone hit my car which dented the right front quarter panel next to the passenger door. Eventually I could not open the passenger door as the dent got in the way. I stopped at Cascade for an estimate, told them I just wanted to be able to open the door, Keeshya Cox drove it back to the shop, and a few minutes later returned with the door now able to close. She told me that Levi banged out the dent - not perfectly but good enough for me - and said "no charge". I really appreciate the customer service and will return for more service if needed.

My front bumper was popped out due to a car wash fender bender. I brought my SUV in for an estimate. Keeyshya asked if she could take it back to the tech. Keeshya and the tech popped it back in place. There was no charge. Keeysha and her team made my day! I am impressed with the honesty and great customer service. Thank you!
